Appearance description:

The bottle has a cylindrical shape, with gray-blue and silver long ceramic mosaic tiles arranged in a staggered pattern on the surface; it is complemented by a shiny metal pressing pump head. The overall style is retro and luxurious, suitable for bathroom, washbasin, and other bathroom scenarios.

Process description:

The base is a transparent glass bottle. After manually cutting the ceramic mosaic tiles, they are adhered, filled in, and smoothed with bathroom-specific adhesive, and finally assembled with a metal pressing pump head.

Main functions and uses:

Notes:

Avoid prolonged soaking in water (to prevent the mosaic joints from getting damp and falling off); Do not scrape the mosaic surface with sharp objects; Avoid contact of the metal pump head with strong corrosive cleaners.

Mass production and final inspection

We carry out mass production and full process quality monitoring in accordance with the standards of the Contract and Sample Confirmation.
Transparency: During this period, you can request production progress updates or arrange mid-term inspections.
We provide detailed quality inspection reports after the completion of mass production.
Key decision: You or your designated third party will conduct the final inspection (according to AQL standards).
Pay the final payment and ship the goods

You need to pay the final payment of the contract after the inspection is qualified.
We will arrange packaging, shipping, and provide a complete set of export documents such as bills of lading after receiving the final payment.
