Proposal and Quotation
We output a formal quotation, including product specifications, unit price, minimum order quantity, sampling cost, and delivery time. Key decision: Please confirm whether to proceed.
Sample making and confirmation
You need to pay for the sampling fee and sign the Sampling Agreement. Our output: After receiving the fee, initiate the sampling process. Provide physical samples within 7-10 working days. Key decision: You inspect the sample and sign the 'Sample Confirmation Form'. This document will become the sole quality benchmark for bulk shipments.
Sign the contract and pay the deposit
You need to sign the formal Purchase Contract and pay a contract deposit (usually 30% -50%). Our output: After receiving the deposit, reserve production capacity for bulk production.
Mass production and final inspection
We carry out mass production and full process quality monitoring in accordance with the standards of the Contract and Sample Confirmation. Transparency: During this period, you can request production progress updates or arrange mid-term inspections. We provide detailed quality inspection reports after the completion of mass production. Key decision: You or your designated third party will conduct the final inspection (according to AQL standards).
Pay the final payment and ship the goods
You need to pay the final payment of the contract after the inspection is qualified. We will arrange packaging, shipping, and provide a complete set of export documents such as bills of lading after receiving the final payment.
